If for whatever reason you are not feeling 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item/s you have purchased for a full refund.
To get you into some seriously good kit quicker, you can jump online now and order your new TradeMutt gear.That way we can get you sorted out a lot quicker. Then just return the original item and we will refund you in full.
WHAT CAN I RETURN?
The items must be unwashed and undamaged in any way. We can not refund items that have been worn or damaged.
HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN/EXCHANGE?
Within 30 days od receiving your item. If you have bought this as a gift and the recipient didn't get to open it within this time frame, don't worry, we will sort you out. Just drop us an email at email@example.com
HOW DO I RETURN OR SWAP AN ITEM?
Within your package you will have a returns slip. Simply fill in the details on that slip, ensuring you include the original order number and the name of the person who placed the order. If you ordered the wrong size, please just put the original garment in the mail and send it back to us for a full refund, not including postage. While you wait for us to issue you the refund you can jump online and place a new order to get your correct size sent out straight away.
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
We will receive your parcel back at TradeMutt HQ and process a full refund (excluding shipping). You will receive a confirmation email when the funds have been processed. Funds will be sent back to the same account that was used to make the original purchase.
WHO PAYS FOR THE RETURN?
If your item is not what you ordered or is faulty, that's on us. Mail it back and once we receive it we will give you a full refund.
