Received a defective product a d they replaced it immediately but the same thing happened (stitching came undone rending the front pocket almost unusable)

But i will say the issue was resolved within the hour of corresponding with the team at trademut

Ended up being refunded for the product and received a complimentary $100 gift card for the unfortunate circumstances

Over all despite the flaws in the product the customer service is by far the best i have dealt with. !!!

This wont stop me from repping TMUT ere' day at work
